RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand some pieces just don't work out!  We also really want you to love your purchase!  We offer returns within 8 days upon receipt of your jewelry.  Please contact us as soon as possible if any items are damaged upon receipt.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn, and must include all original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to return your piece, please send an email to pam@pamelabloomjewelry.com with the subject line "Return" before shipping the piece back.  We will happily let you know how to proceed.

Please email us with the subject line "Exchange."  The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Pamela Bloom Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return items in transit.

REPAIRS

Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern.  However, jewelry by nature is delicate.  Normal wear and tear repairs are free within 6 months of purchase.  After that, repair pricing is based upon the type of repair needed on a case by case basis.  Please contact us at pam@pamelabloomjewelry.com

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all continental US orders.  All orders will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).  Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order.  If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at pam@pamelabloomjewelry.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
